
Mara Gaukroger
After 18 years in the business and education world, Mara Gaukroger knew first-hand the challenge of finding quality care for her two children. She opened Sound Care Agency in 2015 to help provide families with access to top care providers without wading through the online listings and no-show interviews. Mara believes in taking the time to really know her families and nannies in order set up long-term relationships. She understands that each child’s needs are unique and knows how to work together with families to find the perfect match. Her dedication to staffing the right candidate, versus the ‘right now’ candidate, drives her approach with each placement.
Mara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Education. When not playing matchmaker, you will find her spending time with her husband and two children.

Tiffany Martinson
Tiffany has been serving the nanny community for over 20 years. She started working as a nanny to put herself through college and after pursuing a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, realized that her true love was that of connecting families with exceptional caregivers. She worked her way up from nanny recruiter, to operations manager to her favorite role yet – that of COO of Sound Care Agency. Her heart for service, her work as a nanny, her time as a recruiter, her dedication to always practicing and promoting best industry standards, her dedication to giving back to the community through attending and speaking at Industry conferences and her spot-on Mom instincts have given her a unique perspective and invaluable qualifications for family / nanny matchmaking.
When Tiffany is not hard at work, you will likely find her behind the lens of a camera capturing moments with her favorite beings on earth – her amazing husband and three adorable children.

Malia Hudson
Malia has been part of the nanny community for over 13 years. She began working as a nanny when she did running start in high school, and continued as a nanny even after college. She took her love of babies and moved on to traveling for work as a newborn care specialist, postpartum doula, and lactation educator. Throughout her time with families she was able to see the various needs of families and how to meet them utilizing different aspects of her training. Through experience as a nanny and helping her clients find nannies and postpartum support, she has been on both sides of the table. Malia is passionate about educating families about life as an employer and matching them with top-notch caregivers who love caring for children. Malia holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband Sean and their sweet mini dachshund, Ruby.
