Once you have decided that we are the agency for you, we will draft a comprehensive job description and officially kick off your search!

We interview, meet, screen and compile profiles for only the absolute best matches for your family.

When we have identified your top candidates, we will send detailed profiles along with tips on how to get the most out of your nanny interviewing experience.

Once you have identified the right fit for your family, we will help you close the deal.

We will make sure that you have everything you need to start your new nanny/family relationship on the right foot. Sound Care Agency believes in clear and simple pricing. Unlike traditional nanny agencies, we don't base our fees on your nanny's salary.

In traditional models, nanny agencies typically charge a fee that's 18-20% of a nanny's annual salary. But that system can quickly become expensive for families. Let's break it down:
If a nanny earns $30 an hour, working full time, their yearly salary is $60,000. Agencies usually charge 18-20% of this as a fee. That's up to $12,000!
At Sound Care Agency, we do things differently. We charge a flat rate, no matter what your nanny earns. This makes budgeting easier, and you don't pay more for a higher-paid nanny.

Long-Term Placements (3 months or longer):
Search Fee: $500
Placement Fee: $5,000
*Your $500 search fee will be applied to the placement fee.

30-Day Guarantee: Included in the placement fee

Short-Term Placements (12 weeks or less):
Search Fee: $500
*Non-refundable, applied to overall placement
Placement Rate: $45 per day.
Nanny Rate: $35/hr on average plus fees associated with tax obligations
